A full schedule of O's events at the ESPN Zone this summer

The ESPN Zone in Baltimore's Inner Harbor has announced its summer schedule of Orioles activities, which include monthly player Q&As, a second annual Orioles Cook-off, another Battle of the Birds, and Brian's Baseball Bash. Brian-Matusz_ESPN-Zone-QandA.jpg Each of the seven player Q&As will feature a current Oriole, and each round will be hosted by an O's broadcaster. Expect to learn a little more about some of your favorite Orioles, the chance to win Orioles tickets (by knowing your O's trivia!), and an autograph session with the player featured on that particular date. Speaking of dates, below are the calendar dates for each one-hour Q&A session, all of which take place from Noon to 1:00 p.m. -Wednesday, April 28 -Monday, May 17 -Wednesday, June 23 -Thursday, July 22 -Wednesday, August 18 -Wednesday, September 15 This summer the ESPN Zone will also host the second annual Orioles Cook-Off, where three O's players will compete to determine the best chef in Birdland. Brian-Roberts_Orioles-Cook-off.jpg Last year's inaugural event was a lot of fun, as then-Oriole Gregg Zaun and fan favorites Brian Roberts and Jeremy Guthrie battled at their respective cooking stations to make some delicious looking meals. When the dishes were complete, a panel of judges (including MASNsports.com's own Roch Kubatko) decided who would be named the best chef in Birdland. If you missed the event or its recap here in the O's Buzz, you can check that out here. This year's O's Cook-Off will take place on Wednesday, May 26 with a time not yet announced. As for the Battle of the Birds, the Oriole Bird will challenge the Nats' Screech in a series on contests a few hours before the Orioles and Nationals take the field at Camden Yards. Head to the ESPN Zone on June 25 to show the Bird your support! And last but not least, Brian's Baseball Bash is scheduled for Sunday, August 22 at the ESPN Zone this summer. Stay tuned for more details on Brian's annual Bash here in the Orioles Buzz and in B-Rob's B-Log only on MASNsports.com throughout the summer months.
