Game 134 lineups: Nats at Mets

NEW YORK - The Nationals clubhouse at Citi Field is going to much more crowded than usual today, what with seven players added to the roster in the first round of September call-ups. And several of these guys (ie. Sean Burnett, Trevor Gott, Matt Grace) could get some significant opportunities down the stretch, potentially making their cases for spots on the postseason roster.

AJ-Cole-throwing-gray-sidebar.jpgAs for tonight's series opener against the Mets, it's A.J. Cole getting a chance to pitch on the big stage against a resurgent New York club that has overcome a whole lot of injuries to get back in the wild card race.

Noah Syndergaard starts for the Mets against a Nationals lineup that has one notable change: Clint Robinson (who is 2-for-6 with two homers and two walks in his career against the big right-hander) at first base instead of Ryan Zimmerman (1-for-8 with four strikeouts against Syndergaard).
