Yes, the Orioles have been undergoing a significant personnel shakeup, but there will still be plenty of familiar faces on hand at this year’s Orioles FanFest, including players on the current roster and O’s greats from the past. And you can meet them at FanFest.
The annual daylong celebration of O’s baseball takes place Saturday, Jan. 26 at the Baltimore Convention Center and will include games, memorabilia and Q&A sessions. FanFest also offers Orioles fans the best opportunity to collect autographs from their favorite players. Those aged 4-14 can take advantage of a free kids-only autograph station. Access to all other autograph stations at FanFest requires advance purchase of $20 vouchers, the proceeds from which benefit children’s charities through the OriolesREACH program.
Fans may only use one voucher per person per autograph station. Each person in line must have his or her own voucher and may only use one voucher per station. Fans purchasing vouchers online will be able to print them at home and present them to the attendant at the appropriate autograph session, which will shorten the amount of wait time in autograph lines. Fans must be in line for their autograph session no later than 30 minutes after the session begins. Autograph vouchers are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
If vouchers are still available on the day of the event, they will be available for purchase at the ticket sales location at FanFest. Autograph seekers are encouraged to purchase vouchers in advance. There is a purchase limit of two autograph vouchers per person, per session time. Fans redeeming autograph vouchers must be 4 or older and may only redeem one voucher per person, per session time.
Adult admission to FanFest costs $12. Those aged 14 and younger and those aged 60 and older get in for $6. Doors open at 10 a.m. for Birdland Membership holders. The general public is admitted at 11 a.m. The event continues until 6 p.m.
Fans can purchase tickets and autograph vouchers at https://www.mlb.com/orioles/fans/fanfest, via phone at 1-888-848-BIRD or at the Oriole Park box office lobby. Tickets can also be purchased at the door, depending on availability.
The kids-only autograph station will operate throughout the day. Players signing there will not be announced in advance, but youth aged 4-14 may go through the line as many times as they would like as players rotate through the station.
