Last chance to be selected as a Maryland Lottery “Contestant of the Game”

Time is running out to enter the Maryland Lottery’s FAST PLAY “Contestant of the Game” promotion. The final drawing to pick contestants for the remaining Orioles games is this Tuesday, Sept. 1. Two contestants are selected for each Orioles game.

The Lottery has awarded $72,000 in cash prizes to winners so far this season, including $2,500 to both Teresa Martin of Whiteford and Dina Pierelli of Dundalk. They were the “Contestants of the Game” for the Aug. 6 game versus the Miami Marlins. O’s player Renato Núñez hit two home runs during that game, with Chance Sisco and Dwight Smith Jr. both hitting one home run.

To enter, submit any FAST PLAY tickets purchased between March 16 and Aug. 31 into your My Lottery Rewards account. Winners receive $500 just for being selected, and an additional $500 for every Orioles home run hit during that game. Not yet a member of My Lottery Rewards? It’s free and easy to join!

Be sure to watch the Orioles games on MASN and MASN2 and look for your name! So far this season, the Orioles have hit 42 home runs, placing them seventh in the American League. Anthony Santander currently leads the team with 10 home runs. Let’s see how many more the O’s can hit this season!

The deadline to enter the final drawing is 11:59 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 31. Entries are cumulative, so any tickets you have already entered into the promotion remain in the mix for this final drawing.
