Game 106 lineups: Nats vs. Braves

The Nationals wrap up their long homestand with their biggest series to date against the first-place Atlanta Braves. The Nats' deficit in the National League East is 5 1/2 games with 10 contests remaining in the regular season against Atlanta.

Following Wednesday's series finale, the Nats embark on a nine-game road trip to Arizona, San Francisco and New York.

The Nats and the Braves are each 30-23 at home. Atlanta's advantage comes on the road, where the Braves are 32-21 and the Nats 26-26.

Corbin has won three decisions in a row since June 19, beating Colorado thanks to six shutout innings July 24, when he allowed only three hits, three walks and struck out seven. He has a 1.74 ERA in July.

Keuchel is coming off a quality start against the Royals on July 23, twirling six innings, allowing two runs on three hits (one homer) with two walks and 12 strikeouts. The start marked his first double-digit strikeout performance in seven starts this season. He has a 4.24 ERA on the road and a 2.66 ERA at SunTrust Park.

Left fielder Juan Soto hit his 40th career homer Sunday in the Nats' 11-4 win over the Dodgers. In his young career, 15 of his homers have come at Nats Park and 25 of them on the road. Second baseman Brian Dozier belted a double and a homer Sunday, marking the fifth time this season he has had more than one extra-base hit in a game.

Anthony Rendon had three hits Sunday. The third baseman has hit safely in 16 of 18 games. Center fielder Victor Robles also had three hits, including a double and a triple. The 3-for-4 performance marked the first time Robles has connected for a double and a triple in the same game.
