Post-game Notes: Homer happy Roberts leads O's to win

He hit a solo shot off Gavin Floyd in the 3rd and his two-run shot in the 8th off Floyd broke a 1-1 tie and sparked a four-run inning. It was Roberts' second career two-homer game. He also hit two out on September 6, 2006 at Los Angeles. Roberts has now homered four times in the last three games and five times in the last six games. During the streak he is hitting .385-5-13, going 20 for 52 at bat. He has 14 homers on the year. His career high is 18 in 2005.
