Orioles lineup against the Angels

First baseman Chris Davis is back in the lineup today for the Orioles’ series-finale against the Los Angeles Angels that concludes their three-city road trip. Davis missed Saturday’s game with a knee injury.

Davis’ knee is feeling much better and he will avoid the disabled list. The Orioles can give him an extra day off with tomorrow’s open date on the schedule.

For the Orioles
Nate McLouth LF
Manny Machado 3B
Nick Markakis RF
Adam Jones CF
Chris Davis 1B
Matt Wieters C
J.J. Hardy SS

From Major League Baseball: Machado (20 years, 302 days) is the youngest Orioles player to have a home run and stolen base in the same game since Boog Powell (20 years, 275 days) on May 19, 1962.

Shameless plug alert: I’m appearing on O’s Xtra at 3 p.m. on MASN2.

Steve Melewski will be providing most of the game updates on his blog today, but I’ll check back later. Enjoy your Sunday.
