Lardarius Webb took the field for warmups in full uniform, but the Ravens continue to ease their top cornerback into action, announcing he will not play in tonight's preseason home opener against the Falcons.
Webb, who is coming back from knee surgery, also did not play in the team's first preseason game.
Also scratched for the Ravens are: cornerback Chris Johnson, linebacker Jameel McClain (spinal contusion), defensive end Kapron Lewis-Moore (knee), guard Marshal Yanda (shoulder), center Ryan Jensen, wideout Deonte Thompson (foot), tight end Ed Dickson (hamstring), tight end Dennis Pitta (hip) and defensive end Marcus Spears (hamstring).
Notably not scratched are the team's two newly signed receivers, wideout Brandon Stokley and tight end Dallas Clark. Whether that means they'll see extensive playing time is unknown. But with Thompson out among the receivers, Stokley should at least see some action.
The Falcons announced a far shorter list of scratches: fullback Bradie Ewing, running back Jason Snelling, linebacker Sean Weatherspoon and tight end Tony Gonzalez.
Update: Well, scratch that, if you will.
The Ravens have scratched Clark for tonight's game, but Stokley is still active. It would've been surprising to see Clark out there much since he just practiced with the team for the first time on Tuesday.
