Answer: MASN prioritizes optimal audio quality and continuously monitors levels during live games. Ensure correct settings on your TV and cable box. If issues persist, contact your cable provider for assistance.

2. I’m having audio issues in the apps, what should I do?

Answer: Blackouts may apply based on your location. This error might be displayed if you do not live in the MASN local distribution area. 5. How can I fix MASN streaming live feature of my Apple TV/ Roku?

Contract Disputes

1. Does MASN and DISH have an agreement?

Answer: There is currently no agreement between MASN and DISH. Additionally, DISH does not carry broadcasting rights for Regional Sports Network.

Accessing MASN on Different Providers

1. Why can't I download the MASN app on my Xfinity-supported devices?

2. When will MASN become available on GloFiber for livestreaming?

Answer: Currently, GloFiber is not an option for livestreaming MASN. Future rollouts will be communicated on http://MASNsports.com.

Broadcast of Special Moments

1. Can we get field specific videos/ special fan moments that is not broadcasted?

Answer: Unfortunately, MASN cannot reproduce copies of game footage, including special moments.

2. Is the MASN App available without Wi-Fi?

Answer: Yes. The MASN App can be accessed from any 3G, 4G LTE, or high-speed internet connection. Normal data rates apply. To limit The MASN App to Wi-Fi only, just go to Settings and toggle the switch for “Video Over Wi-Fi Only” to On.

Sponsorship and Partnerships

1. Can I publish a sponsored article on your site or insert links into existing articles?

Answer: Publishing a sponsored article or inserting links into existing articles is currently not part of our strategy

Interview Requests

1. Can I interview a sports broadcaster/journalist/editor from MASN for a university assignment?

Exclusive Game Broadcasting

1. Why are some games exclusively aired on Apple+ and not MASN?

Answer: Apple (also NBC and Fox) purchased exclusive rights for that specific game in partnership with MLB. We do not choose games aired exclusively on other networks.

MASN and other networks

1. Why is MASN no longer available in the Outer Banks of NC on Spectrum TV?

Answer: Despite extended negotiations, MASN and Spectrum have been unable to renew our carriage agreement. We appreciate our long-time partnership with Spectrum.

2. When is MASN available on YouTube TV?

Answer: Currently, there is no plan to have MASN available through YouTube TV. That is not to say it is not an option that will be considered. For future updates, please visit https://www.masnsports.com/

3. Are you a Comcast customer? (If yes):

Answer: This year, Comcast moved MASN to a new tier of service. To learn more about the deals being offered, please contact your Comcast provider directly. We are excited that MASN will continue to provide you with more than 300 Orioles and Nationals games this season. Answer: We always aim to broadcast the National Anthem, but due to network scheduling and start of performance, the timing may not work consistently due to unpredictability of live events.

2. What happens if I do not update the app?

Answer: If you have not updated to the most up-to-date version of the MASN app, you may encounter error messages or see the app crash. We apologize for any inconvenience.

3. Can I stream video to Apple TV using AirPlay?

Answer: Yes, you can stream MASN content to Apple TV using AirPlay. Ensure your devices are on the same network and select your Apple TV as the AirPlay destination.
