Trawick out, Canty probable for Steelers-Ravens game (update)

The Ravens have maintained a pretty clean injury report for Thursday’s visit from the Steelers.

Safety Brynden Trawick is out because of an ankle injury suffered Sunday and defensive end Chris Canty is probable with a shoulder ailment. And that’s it.

Baltimore doesn’t need to list tight end Dennis Pitta (hip) on the report, as he remains on injured reserve/designated to return. The team has until 4 p.m. Thursday to add him to the 53-man roster, which would make him eligible to return all the way up to about four hours before the Thanksgiving game.

The Steelers have ruled out defensive tackle Steve McLendon (ankle). Cornerback Curtis Brown (knee) had been listed as out on Monday, but was then placed on injured reserve.

Linebacker LaMarr Woodley (calf) is doubtful for the contest after missing practice Wednesday. Tackle Marcus Gilbert (ankle), defensive end Brett Keisel (foot), tight end Heath Miller (NIR), safety Troy Polamalu (NIR), linebacker Stevenson Sylvester (hamstring) and safety Shamarko Thomas (ankle) are probable.

Update: The Ravens announced that they have elected not to activate rookie defensive end Kapron Lewis-Moore after three weeks of practice. He will remain on reserve/non-football injury list and will sit out the remainder of the season.

Baltimore drafted Lewis-Moore in the sixth round of the 2013 draft.
