Smith, Johnson have a full practice

Not only has rookie cornerback Jimmy Smith now practiced on back-to-back days, he’s also made it through a practice as a “full participant”.

Smith, who has missed the Ravens’ last four games with a high left ankle sprain, was not limited during today’s afternoon session. He’s down on the team’s injury report as having fully participated.

This doesn’t adjust my earlier thoughts on whether the Ravens should have Smith play in Monday night’s game against the Jaguars; I still think they’d be wise to give him some extra time to recover.

Linebacker Jarret Johnson (back) was also listed as having a full practice today, while cornerback Chris Carr (hamstring) was limited.

Wide receiver Lee Evans (ankle), guard Ben Grubbs (toe) and safety Tom Zbikowski (concussion) did not practice.

For the Jaguars, starting tackle Eben Britton (back) and safety Courtney Greene (hamstring) did not participate today. Starting safety Dawan Landry (thigh) and guard Jason Spitz (quad) were limited for Jacksonville.
