John Harbaugh said yesterday that he expects cornerback Lardarius Webb to play on Sunday.
Webb agrees with his head coach.
Speaking on his radio show on 105.7 The Fan, Webb told host Rob Long that he is recovering from a toe injury suffered in the third quarter of Sunday's win over the Colts. Webb played nearly the remainder of the game despite the injury.
"I'm feeling good, just taking it day-by-day," said Webb during his radio show on 105.7 The Fan. "We've got to take precaution and just take care of a little soreness."
Webb made it clear he was wearing a protective boot on his foot during the radio show. There have been reports that the third-year cornerback (who has been the Ravens' top cover corner this season) will miss at least one game because of the toe injury, but Webb made it clear he plans on playing this Sunday night against the Chargers.
"Yes, I'm playing Sunday," Webb said. "If I don't play Sunday, it's going to be something that is holding me back. As of now, I'm planning on playing."
