In his only career start against the Orioles, Milone allowed one earned run (two total) and six hits in 6 1/3 innings.

Chris Davis is 1-for-3 with a home run against Milone. Manny Machado is 2-for-2. Small sample sizes.

Wei-Yin Chen made two starts against Oakland last year, both in Baltimore, and allowed one earned run (two total) and nine hits in 12 2/3 innings. He walked six and struck out 16.

Wells is 2-for-4 with a home run against Chen.

Jim Johnson is available to close tonight. He pitched in three straight games before last night and wasn’t getting the ball, no matter the score.
