Manager Jim Riggleman said on Tuesday that the Nationals have addressed first baseman Adam Dunn’s visit to the press box last Saturday at Miller Park, when Dunn went on the air with Brewers radio announcer Bob Uecker during the game.
“We’ve addressed it internally. We’ve addressed that issue. That’s about all I’m going to say about it,” Riggleman said. “It’s unfortunate, but like I said, we’ve dealt with it and continue to deal with it. After the conversation, it’s over.”
Dunn, who was not in the lineup that day, said last weekend he didn’t think the visit was a big deal, and added he’d pay a fine if one was levied.
