Mets-Nationals lineups for Friday

Good afternoon from Nationals Park, where the Nationals begin their last true homestand of the year - a 10-game run that starts tonight against the Mets. After this homestand, they have two weekend home series, but that’s all for the rest of the season.

Roger Bernadina was recalled from Triple-A Syracuse before the game, coming back to the team as a September call-up. It’s unclear how much playing time Bernadina will get, and his numbers at Syracuse were underwhelming since he was sent back down. But he’s back, and those of you who are excited about that can exude all the joy you’d like.

Bernadina, though, isn’t in the Nationals’ lineup tonight. Here are the lineups for both teams as the Nationals try to start their homestand with a win:
