Nationals, Dodgers still tied after six

The Nationals and Dodgers are still tied at four runs apiece after six innings, after Chien-Ming Wang cleaned up after his early struggles and finished his day on a high note.

Wang retired 10 of the final 11 batters he faced, and finished with four runs in six innings. He threw 56 of his 83 pitches for strikes, and kept the Dodgers in check after failing to spot his sinker effectively early in the game.

The Nationals haven’t been able to do much against the Dodgers’ bullpen, though; they’ve managed only two walks, and Jayson Werth lost a chance at a second home run when he flew out to the warning track in right field in the fifth.
