Nationals release Chad Gaudin

The Washington Nationals today unconditionally released right-handed pitcher Chad Gaudin. Nationals Executive Vice President of Baseball Operations and General Manager Mike Rizzo made the announcement.
Gaudin, 28, went 1-1 with two holds and a 6.48 ERA in 10 relief appearances this season with Washington.
