MASN, the local leader in live sports entertainment, has announced its extensive NCAA college football line-up for the 2010 season. The network will host 45 games and ten conferences this season including some of the best football programs in the country and many local colleges and universities within MASN's seven-state territory.
College football action kicks off on Saturday, September 4th with St. Francis at Liberty at 12 p.m. and and Coastal Carolina at West Virginia at 3:30 p.m., both live on MASN. The Mountaineers are ranked #25 in AP and USA Today preseason polls.
This season, fans from Harrisburg, PA to Charlotte, NC will again enjoy maximum access to the Big East, Big South, C-USA, CIAA, Patriot League, A-10, Ivy League, MAC, Sun Belt and WAC.
Home to "The Big East Game of the Week" televised in high-definition, MASN regularly broadcasts Cincinnati, Connecticut, Georgetown, Louisville, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, Syracuse, and West Virginia games -- some of the most exciting teams in the country. With seven Big South games, MASN is also the official cable network of the Big South Conference.
A proud partner with East Carolina University, MASN is home to three Pirates games this season, including the exclusive live high-definition telecast of ECU vs. Navy on November 6th.
Committed to local colleges and universities, MASN also hosts regional favorites like Coastal Carolina, Chowan, Gardner-Webb, Georgetown, Lafayette, Lehigh, Liberty, Navy, Penn, Virginia Union, VMI and Winston Salem State.
MASN will also televise the 146th meeting of Lehigh and Lafayette, known as "The Rivalry," the most-played football rivalry in the nation, on delayed broadcast, on November 20th.
