Orioles option Carlson, activate Urías

The Orioles have made the following roster moves:

• Reinstated INF Ramón Urías (right hamstring strain) from the 10-day Injured List.
• Optioned OF Dylan Carlson to Triple-A Norfolk after yesterday’s postponed game.
