Orioles recall Bryan Baker, place Jacob Webb on IL

The Orioles have made the following roster moves:

• Recalled RHP Bryan Baker from Triple-A Norfolk.
• Placed RHP Jacob Webb on the 15-day Injured List (right elbow inflammation), retroactive to August 4.
