Update II: The Orioles have activated Teagarden from the 60-day disabled list and selected the contract of right-hander Miguel Socolovich from Triple-A Norfolk. To make room for them on the 25-man roster, Paulino has been sent outright to Norfolk and left-hander Dana Eveland has been designated for assignment.
