In the last two games of the Yankees series at home last weekend, the Orioles scored 15 runs and hit six homers. But in the first four games of this road trip, they have scored 10 runs and hit just three homers.

Over his last four starts, Pettitte has an ERA of 5.84 and opposing batters are hitting .320 against him. In seven home starts in 2013, he is 1-4 with a 5.72 ERA. Maybe all those numbers will bode well for the Orioles today.

This team has shown an amazing ability to bounce back since the start of the 2012 season. Now they have to bounce back from back-to-back walk-off losses. Their latest test awaits today at Yankee Stadium.
