RHP David Hernandez (4-6, 4.35) tonight will make his 13th start of this season, his 6th at home and the 1st of his career vs. Cleveland.
Over his last four starts, Hernandez is 1-3, 7.11. In the four starts before that, he pitched to an ERA of 2.31.
The Orioles are 5-7 when Hernandez starts, but have lost four of his last five starts. In five home starts, he is 2-3, 4.23.

The 24-year-old from Cumberland, Maryland, has allowed just four homers in 84 1/3 innings on the season.
In four August starts, he is 3-0, 2.00, giving up 6ER over 27 innings. The Indians are 8-4 in his starts.
Right-handed batters hit .280 off him and lefties bat .212. In 11 games on the road, six as a starter, Laffey is 3-3, 4.97.
In his 12 games as a starter only, he is 6-2, 3.38.
