Orioles Reach, Buck and Angela Showalter host Kidspeace 5k/1-mile walk at Oriole Park this Saturday

The Baltimore Orioles, OriolesREACH and Manager Buck Showalter and his wife Angela have partnered with KidsPeace to host the fourth annual Trick-or-Trot 5K/1-Mile Walk at Oriole Park this Saturday, November 2. Proceeds from the event benefit KidsPeace Foster Care and Community Programs of Maryland and Washington D.C., including KEYS (KidsPeace Empowering Youth to Succeed), a program that prepares youth for independence through life-skills training.

Proceeds from the event benefit KidsPeace Foster Care and Community Programs of Maryland and Washington D.C., including KEYS (KidsPeace Empowering Youth to Succeed), a program that prepares youth for independence through life-skills training.
Participants are invited to dress in their favorite Halloween costume for the race, which begins and ends at Oriole Park at Camden Yards, including a finish on the field. The day’s activities also include a post-race party with the Oriole Bird. Registration begins at 6:30 a.m., with the race starting at 8:00 a.m. at the ballpark.
Runners are invited to register or pick up their race packets this Friday, November 1, from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at the pre-race party at Dempsey’s Brew Pub and Restaurant at Oriole Park.
