If you’re lucky enough to make it out to the Orioles’ home opener this afternoon, check out the timeline below so you don’t miss a thing as the special day unfolds…
12:00 p.m. – Gates Open
Don’t forget to grab your free 2010 schedule and car magnet and look (or listen) for roving musical groups throughout the afternoon.
12:25 – 1:25 p.m. – Orioles batting practice
1:25 – 2:05 p.m. – Blue Jays batting practice

12:25 – 1:25 p.m. – Orioles batting practice
1:25 – 2:05 p.m. – Blue Jays batting practice
2:00 – 3:00 p.m. – Orioles All-Access Pre-Game Show with Tom Davis and Dave Johnson at the Bud Light Warehouse Bar
2:30 p.m. – Pregame Ceremonies Begin
Pregame festivities will be hosted by MASN’s Jim Hunter and will include:
–Dave Trembley and the O’s will enter through the center field gate and make their way up the orange carpet – which will be lined with 100 members of the Baltimore Challenger League, courtesy of OriolesREACH – to take their places between first and second base.
–One fan will represent Birdland as the team’s 10th Man
–Brooks Robinson and Boog Powell will each throw out a ceremonial first pitch.
–American tenor Richard Troxell will perform the Canadian and US National Anthems while a 30-foot by 42-foot replica of the American flag that flew over Fort McHenry when Francis Scott Key wrote the National Anthem is unfurled over the batter’s eye wall in center field.
3:05 p.m. – Play Ball!
