Also, closer Zach Britton left the team today and is headed to Burbank, Calif., for the birth of his son. His wife, Courtney, will be induced tonight, according to a team official.
Britton is expected to return on Wednesday, giving him plenty of time to prepare for Game 1.
The original plan called for Zander Lee Britton to arrive on Thursday, but doctors will induce labor tonight.
