Mike Wright has been scratched from tonight’s start at Triple-A Norfolk and replaced by Steve Johnson.

Rule 5 pick Jason Garcia’s velocity is down and manager Buck Showalter compared it recently to a dead arm period in spring training. Could he be headed to the disabled list?

Stay tuned.
Update: Tillman is headed to the bullpen to warm up, so he’s fine.
Wright is still in Norfolk.
