PHILADELPHIA – There’s no Adam Jones in the Orioles lineup for today’s finale of a two-game interleague series against the Phillies at Citizens Bank Park. Jones will miss his third straight game while he rests a sore right shoulder, among other nagging ailments.
The Orioles will go with Travis Snider in left field, David Lough in center and Chris Parmelee in right.

If they can beat the Phillies today, the Orioles will move a season-high four games above .500. They have the same 34-31 record as they did in 2014.
Parmelee is the seventh player to hit home runs in consecutive games to begin his Orioles career and the first since Nelson Cruz on March 31-April 2, 2014.
Parmelee is only the third player in the last 50 years with three home runs in his first two games with a franchise, joining Fred McGriff of the 1993 Braves and former Oriole Calvin Pickering of the 2004 Royals.
J.J. Hardy is batting .378 (14-for-37) with two doubles, six RBIs and seven runs scored during his 10-game hitting streak. The Orioles are 9-1 in that stretch.
Caleb Joseph is celebrating his 29th birthday today.
