The Orioles today announced that they have recalled left-hander T.J. McFarland from Triple-A Norfolk and optioned right-hander Oliver Drake to Triple-A Norfolk.
McFarland, 26, has gone 0-1 with a 1.93 ERA (9.1IP, 2ER) in 10 games with the Orioles this season. In nine games (seven starts) with Triple-A Norfolk, he went 2-2 with a 3.41 ERA (34.1IP, 13ER) and did not allow hit over his last two appearances (5.0IP).
