Orioles manager Dave Trembley met with the media a few minutes ago.
Mark Viviano, who’s handling the MASN sideline duties for this series, tells me that Trembley had an interesting response when asked whether he still had confidence in struggling reliever Matt Albers.
“I don’t know,” Trembley said. “We’ll see.”
I wouldn’t call that a ringing endorsement.

Jason Berken has warmed up the past two nights, but he hasn’t pitched since Monday in Seattle. His previous appearance was April 14.
I’d say he’s rested.
Trembley indicated that Berken would have been used last night if the Orioles tied the game. Berken also would have been throwing with a hot hand. He’s allowed only one run in his last 9 1/3 innings.
I wondered if Berken was injured, but he’s apparently fine and waiting to make his next appearance.
