Nick Markakis is 2-for-2 tonight, his eighth multi-hit game of the season. He’s reached base in 21 of 23 games.

Double-A Bowie’s Steve Johnson has allowed one run and three hits in four innings, with two walks and two strikeouts. He’s also hit a Richmond batter.
