Double-A pitcher Luis Lebron will undergo Tommy John surgery today after Dr. James Andrews examined his right elbow yesterday in Birmingham, Ala. Lebron totaled 20 saves between Single-A Frederick and Double-A Bowie last year and made a strong impression in spring training before the Orioles shut him down late in camp. He hasn’t pitched this season.
