Catcher Matt Wieters will catch Monday or Tuesday.
Showalter still hasn’t decided on a starter for Thursday’s makeup game in Minnesota. It’s Kevin Gausman’s turn after his start last night.
According to the Elias Sports Bureau, Mark Trumbo is the second Oriole to hit 30 home
runs before the end of July in his first season with the club. He joins Frank Robinson, who did so in 1966 with 31. Robinson won the Triple Crown and the Orioles won their first World Series.
