Answer: This week’s ‘Where in the Yard?’ is one of two of its kind in all of Oriole Park at Camden Yards. The two orange seats, which you may have noticed in the stands during one of your visits to the Yard, mark the landing places for a pair of historic home runs hit by a couple of O’s Hall of Famers.

This seat, located in section 86 in the left field bleachers, marks the location of a record-breaking homer hit by none other than Cal Ripken Jr. The plaque to commemorate the HR reads as follows:

The second orange seat in the sea of Camden Green is seat 23 in section 86 of the Eutaw Street Bleachers and marks the landing place of Eddie Murray’s 500th home run.

Nice work to the many of you who knew the stories behind these two unique seats inside Oriole Park. The bonus points should make things interesting when it’s time to tally everyone’s total at the end of the month!
