Garrett Atkins drove in another run tonight with a bases-loaded walk in the seventh that increased the Orioles’ lead to 5-2.
Atkins hit his first home run last night. He hadn’t recorded RBIs in consecutive games since April 7 and 8.
I’ll give the guy credit for being patient tonight and finding ways to get on base.
Matt Wieters has been pretty resourceful, too. He’s singled, been hit by a pitch and walked.
