Some of the numbers on the Orioles recent lack and season-long lack of offense.
*The O’s are on a pace to score 530 runs this year (3.27 per game) which would be the fewest in team history. The fewest number of runs scored by the O’s during a 162-game season was 550 by the 1988 Orioles. Of course, the O’s are also on pace for a record of 44-118.

*Opponent starters have an ERA of 2.49 vs. the O’s this year with 38 quality starts in 55 games.
*The O’s are batting just .180 the last seven games, going 4 for 32 with runners in scoring position during that time.
*Matt Wieters is 0 for his last 17 at bats with just one extra-base hit his last 21 games. Miguel Tejada has not homered in 127 at bats, the second longest stretch of his career. Ty Wigginton is the team leader with 13 homers, but has just one in his last 18 games.
