All summer, Birdland has been serenaded with postgame music from top musicians and up-and-coming performers during the Orioles’ Friday Fireworks and Music at America’s Ballpark series.
As summer winds down and the days get shorter, we’re bringing in one final performer for what’s bound to be a fantastic night of music at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Singer/songwriter Tina Parol will be performing this Friday, Aug. 24 … and debuting her new music video for her single “Better Life.”
Parol began her career attending New York University’s Clive Davis Institute, where she signed a record deal with Universal Motown as a student.
After releasing a successful top 40 single as an artist, Parol began songwriting full-time and has had multi-genre cuts from artists including, but not limited to, Britney Spears, Jerrod Neimann, Jessie James Decker, Dallas Smith and Tenille Townes.
Parol’s songs have also been placed in hit shows on Fox, ESPN, Lifetime, MTV, NBC, CBS and ABC, including two songs on the show “Nashville.”
Recently, she wrote the new global campaign song for Disney’s “Dream Big Princess” franchise (performed by Auili Cravhalo of “Moana”) and is one of the newest members of the Disney Music Group Family.
Parol will be releasing a single called “Better Life” on Aug. 24 and debuting her music video on “MASN All Access” with Sara Perlman.
Parol also serves on the Board of Directors for the Music Health Alliance, a nonprofit organization providing the music industry with health-care advocacy through insurance, resources and guidance.
