We’ve learned a few more nuggets of info today and tonight about the front office changes coming with the O’s organization.
It’s been reported that David Stockstill is expected to move into international scouting while his brother John moves into a role leading the farm system operations.
While the announcement may come Friday, their official new positions will not take effect until at least opening day.

It’s been reported that David Stockstill is expected to move into international scouting while his brother John moves into a role leading the farm system operations.
While the announcement may come Friday, their official new positions will not take effect until at least opening day.
David Stockstill will stay on in his current role to help set the season opening rosters for the full-season minor league teams with Norfolk, Bowie, Frederick and Delmarva.
David Stockstill’s new title will be Director of International Operations. Stockstill has been heavily involved with the O’s Dominican operation in recent years and has also scouted in Curacao, Colombia, Mexico, Panama and Venezuela.
John Stockstill has most recently served as the O’s Director, International Scouting but has been with the club overall since January of 2006.
His efforts scouting Asia produced the O’s signing of Koji Uehara and also promising minor league right-handed pitcher Ryohei Tanaka.
