*RHP Zach Clark goes from Bowie to Norfolk.
*LHP Chris George goes from Norfolk to Bowie.
*SS Pedro Florimon joins Aberdeen on an injury-rehab assignment.

Clark, who has been with the O’s since 2006, was 1-1, 3.41 with Bowie. George pitched in 14 games, nine as a starter at Triple-A and went 2-2, 4.28 in 61 innings with the Tides.

Clark, who has been with the O’s since 2006, was 1-1, 3.41 with Bowie. George pitched in 14 games, nine as a starter at Triple-A and went 2-2, 4.28 in 61 innings with the Tides.

The 23-year-old Florimon has struggled this year at Bowie in his first full season at the Double-A level. He is batting just .183-1-12 in 37 games with 13 errors at short. He has not played since May 24th with the Baysox. Florimon is on the O’s 40-man roster.

Delmarva’s Kenny Moreland today was named the South Atlantic League Pitcher of the Week after going 2-0 and not allowing an earned run over 15 innings in his last two starts. He is 3-2, 2.78 in five Shorebirds starts.

Three Shorebirds – Brian Conley, Garabez Rosa and Jesse Beal – will take part in Tuesday’s Sally League All-Star game. Three Frederick Keys in Greg Miclat, Ronnie Welty and Jose Duran will be on the Carolina League All-Star team that plays the California League stars on Tuesday night.
