The Blue Jays are listing Sean Reid-Foley, Marcus Stroman and Matt Shoemaker as starters for the three-game series. The Orioles are listing only Hess tonight and Andrew Cashner on Tuesday, though Nate Karns is expected to take the mound Wednesday afternoon depending on bullpen usage the next two nights.

Hess is making his fourth career start against the Blue Jays. He allowed only two earned runs with four walks and 16 strikeouts last summer over 19 innings.
