The honors keep rolling in for Mancini, who’s been named the American League’s Player of the Week.

Mancini, who’s the designated hitter for the Orioles tonight in Toronto, collected 12 hits in 26 at-bats for a .462 average. He had four doubles, two home runs, 10 RBIs and four runs scored.

Mancini will receive an engraved watch.

It’s been more than a hot week for Mancini. He’s posted a .354 average (28-for-79) this month with six doubles, five home runs, 19 RBIs and 12 runs scored in 20 games.

Mancini is on a nine-game hitting streak that ties his longest of the season.

Meanwhile, center fielder Austin Hays has earned Major League Baseball’s Play of the Week honors for his leaping catch Thursday night that robbed Toronto’s Vladimir Guerrero Jr. of a home run.

Hays’ diving catch in shallow center field the following night also was up for contention.

Chris Davis has hit 20 home runs in 68 career games at Rogers Centre, his highest total of any road ballpark. Thirty-seven of Davis’ 67 hits in Toronto are for extra bases. He owns a .965 OPS at the ballpark.

His 41 homers and 101 RBIs against the Blue Jays are the most against any opponent.

Starters for the rest of the series in Toronto are Dylan Bundy and left-hander Anthony Kay on Tuesday and Gabriel Ynoa and Jacob Waguespack on Wednesday.
