A few weeks ago, O’s fans were wondering if Brian’s Baseball Bash was still on for the summer of 2010. I assured you here in the Orioles Buzz that the Bash was still happening, but now I can even do you one better.
The floor is now open for sponsorship opportunities and individual ticket sales for this year’s Brian’s Baseball Bash.
Just as a refresher, this year’s Bash is scheduled for Sunday, August 22 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Dave & Buster’s at the Arundel Mills Mall.

The floor is now open for sponsorship opportunities and individual ticket sales for this year’s Brian’s Baseball Bash.

Just as a refresher, this year’s Bash is scheduled for Sunday, August 22 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Dave & Buster’s at the Arundel Mills Mall.
If you’re simply looking for individual tickets, they’re $200 for adults and $150 for children 12 and younger.
Tickets include complimentary parking, a Dave & Buster’s game card, a Dave & Buster’s dinner entree, dessert and cocktails (for adults), the opportunity to interact with and get autographs from Orioles players (including, of course, Brian Roberts), O’s giveaways, and the chance to participate in silent and live auctions.
If you’re thinking of sponsoring the event, you’re looking at options ranging from $2,500 to $15,000.

$2,500 Single Sponsor – Admission for 5 guests, recognition on Dave & Buster’s TV screens, logo placement on event day materials, and sponsor recognition on the UMMS Foundation.
$5,000 Double Sponsor – Admission for 10 guests, prominent recognition on Dave & Buster’s TV screens and external ticker, logo placement on event day materials, the opportunity for event entry for qualified UMHC patients and their families, sponsor recognition on UMMS Foundation website.
$10,000 Triple Sponsor – Admission for 15 guests, prominent recognition on Dave & Buster’s TV screens and external ticker, logo placement on event day materials, recognition in prominent local media outlets including 105.7 The Fan (WJZ-FM) and ESPN 1300 (WJZ-AM), reserved VIP booth seating during the event, the opportunity for event entry for qualified UMHC patients and their families, sponsor recognition on UMMS Foundation website.
$15,000 Home Run Sponsor – Admission for 20 guests, sponsor recognition by Brian Roberts during event, prominent recognition on Dave & Buster’s TV screens and external ticker, logo placement on event day materials, the opportunity for event entry for qualified UMHC patients and their families, sponsor recognition on UMMS Foundation website.
Brian’s Bash has sold out more than once in the past, so make sure you get your tickets early. The event is always a hit, and at the end of the day, the proceeds go to the University of Maryland Hospital for Children, so you know your money is going to a good cause!
