José Iglesias has returned to the Orioles lineup tonight as the designated hitter after receiving treatment for a sore left wrist. Renato Núñez has been excluded after appearing to be in some discomfort last night while running the bases.
Ryan Mountcastle is in left field and Pat Valaika is the first baseman.

The Orioles are one game ahead of the last-place Red Sox and trying to avoid sharing the division basement. They’ve lost 12 of their last 15 games.
Alex Cobb enters his last start of the 2020 season with a 4.76 ERA and 1.368 WHIP in nine outings. He’s faced the Red Sox twice and allowed three runs in 10 1/3 innings.
Christian Vázquez is 11-for-16 against Cobb and J.D. Martinez is 11-for-22 with five doubles and a home run.
Left-hander MartÃn Pérez has a 3.88 ERA and 1.259 WHIP in 11 starts with seven home runs allowed in 58 innings. Valaika hit one on Aug. 22 to account for the only run off Pérez in seven innings.
Núñez is 5-for-15 with two doubles and two home runs against Pérez.
Left-handed hitters are 7-for-37 (.189) against Perez.
