The Orioles have made the following transactions:
- Agreed to terms with OF Austin Hays, SS Jorge Mateo, CF Cedric Mullins, OF Anthony Santander, and RHP Dillon Tate on one-year contracts for the 2023 season, avoiding arbitration.
