Adams moved from second to third. Brandon Waring moved from third to first. Joe Mahoney moved from first to left field. Carlos Rojas replaced Adams at second base.
Nothing to it.
No word on why Henson left the game.
Tyler Townsend hit his second home run for Single-A Frederick. Billy Rowell is 2-for-4 with an RBI.
Single-A Delmarva shortstop Garabez Rosa went 2-for-4, but he also committed two more errors tonight, both on throws, to raise his season total to 43.
Omar Casamayor went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBIs.
The Orioles took a quick 1-0 lead on Angels rookie Trevor Bell, getting a leadoff double from Brian Roberts, a stolen base and Nick Markakis’ run-scoring single.
Bell normally works in relief. He’s making only his fifth start. The Orioles need to jump him hard and get into that Angels bullpen.
