Westburg and Rutschman out of Orioles lineup vs. Red Sox

X-rays on Jordan Westburg’s right hand and wrist came back negative after he was hit last night by a pitch. However, he’s out of tonight’s lineup against the Red Sox.
Westburg leads the club with 12 multi-RBI games.
James McCann is catching and batting ninth. Adley Rutschman is on the bench.
Ramón Urías gets the start at third base. Ryan O’Hearn is the designated hitter. Colton Cowser is in left field again and batting cleanup.
O’Hearn is hitting .325 against fastballs in Baltimore this season compared to just .167 on the road.
Corbin Burnes has registered a 2.60 ERA and 1.066 WHIP in 11 starts. He faced the Red Sox on April 9 at Fenway Park and allowed one run and two hits in seven innings. Tyler O’Neill homered in the first.
O’Neill is 2-for-14 with eight strikeouts against him. However, he’s in Boston undergoing tests on his injured knee.
Burnes has made two career starts against the Red Sox and allowed three earned runs (four total) in 12 innings.
Burnes has twice as many strikeouts at home (44) as he does on the road (22).
The Orioles are trying to extend their streak to 18 consecutive non-losing series against division opponents. They trail the first-place Yankees by 1 ½ games.
Boston right-hander Kutter Crawford has registered a 2.89 ERA and 1.203 WHIP in 11 starts. He’s surrendered only four home runs in 62 1/3 innings.
Crawford shut out the Orioles on two hits over five innings on April 10. He has a career 6.75 ERA against them in four games.
Anthony Santander is 3-for-8 with a home run against Crawford. Rutschman is 2-for-8 with a homer and five strikeouts.
The Red Sox have the highest average in the majors at .391 when ahead in the count, per STATS.
