Billy Rowell, the 9th pick in the first-round of the 2006 draft, is becoming a bit of a problem for the O’s organization.
His stats are declining each season. Worse yet, some Keys’ observers this year questioned his effort and work ethic. Others said he was far from the most popular player in the clubhouse.
