The last time I checked, the sky over Yankee Stadium was gray. Looked like it could start pouring any second.
Fingers crossed that we actually get to watch some baseball.
If it happens, the Orioles will send out the following lineup against the Yankees. It looks the exact same as the one they tried to use last night:
Brian Roberts 2B
Nick Markakis RF
Derrek Lee 1B
Vladimir Guerrero DH
Luke Scott LF
Adam Jones CF
Mark Reynolds 3B
Matt Wieters C
Robert Andino SS
Chris Tillman RHP

I wish I had insider weather information or Mother Nature followed me on Twitter so I could respond to the 50 or so fans who asked for my forecast and if the game will be played. Unfortunately, I have no idea. Weather.com tends to be a useful device. Right now, I’d just be guessing.
If you’re not busy tomorrow night and would like to watch the game with a lot of strangers and talk Orioles with some folks from masnsports.com, who also might be strangers, stop by Hightopps Backstage Grille in Timonium, conveniently located near the fairgrounds.
Steve Melewski and Pete Kerzel will be there to field questions from 6 p.m.- 7 p.m. I’ll stop by after appearing on the new Mid-Atlantic Sports Report on MASN from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
