Kevin Gregg walked the leadoff hitter in the top of the 10th. That’s never good.
The Mariners didn’t get a runner to second base until the 10th, but Mike Wilson bounced into a double play to bail out Gregg.

Update: Miguel Olivo’s two-out single in the 12th off Jim Johnson scored Ichiro Suzuki and gave the Mariners a 1-0 lead.
Update II: Derrek Lee led off the bottom of the 12th with a single off Brandon League, who proceeded to drill Vladimir Guerrero to put the potential winning run on base. Then he hit Adam Jones to load the bases.
I don’t think these were purpose pitches.
Shortstop Luis Rodriguez made a diving catch to rob Matt Wieters and keep the bases loaded, but J.J. Hardy bounced a two-run single up the middle. Pinch-runner Jake Fox scored the winning run.
Orioles 2, Mariners 1. And we finished in under three hours.
