Brian Roberts isn’t in the Orioles’ lineup tonight, and he could be headed to the disabled list with recurring headaches.

Update: The Orioles have decided to place Roberts and first baseman Derrek Lee on the disabled list and recall pitchers Chris Jakubauskas and Troy Patton from Triple- A Norfolk. Lee is headed to the 15-day disabled list, while Roberts will likely go on Major League Baseball’s new seven-day disabled list for concussion symptoms. No further moves are expected tonight, but the Orioles will need to add a position player in the coming days.

Jeremy Guthrie is scheduled to start Saturday against the Nationals.
